The Magic Potato: Story Book in English and Spanish

This creative, educational, bilingual storybook was approved by the Idaho State Board of Education for the statewide curriculum. The read-out-loud story describes in English and Spanish the adventures of children who ride around Idaho on a magic flying potato. The 28-page book includes original illustrations, and the text includes days of the week, numbers, colors and keywords in both languages. The book is used as a family-friendly tool in homes where Spanish is the primary language. The author grew up on a potato farm in southern Idaho and also wrote the award-winning book, Gators & Taters – A Week of Bedtime Stories.
